The Team Leadership Programme is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge, practical skills and understanding required to operate effectively as a supervisor or line manager:

Entry Requirements

Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring supervisors/team leaders. There are no formal educational requirements but learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the Programme.
