This special purpose award is aimed at those who wish to pursue a career as a trainer in the adult and continuing sector and consists of two QQI level 6 modules
6N3326 Training Delivery and Evaluation
- The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to deliver, assess and evaluate a training and development intervention.
6N3325 Training Needs Identification and Design
- The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to identify training and development needs at an organisation and or inpidual level, to devise a training plan and to explore the scope of training and development design to meet those needs.

About Community Training & Education Centre Wexford
The Community Training & Education Centre (CTEC) is a not-for-profit training community organisation providing training for all sectors of society - employed and unemployed. All training is delivered from an adult education philosophy and every effort is made to ensure that our training provides learners with a positive and enjoyable experience which will encourage them in the “Lifelong Learning” process.
