HABC Level 1 Food Safety offered with IIRSM Food Handler.
The training course provides those who work in restaurants and non-restaurant facilities with an overview of food safety issues, regulations, and techniques to maintain a food-safe environment.
This equipped the participants with basic knowledge on food hygiene ; Food Temperature, Food bacteria, Food Poisoining, HCCP background.
