Conducted in our state-of-the-art simulated banking environment with our in-house developed core banking software, this course is designed to prepare participants to perform the role of a Customer Service Agent in a retail bank branch. Through demonstrations, exercises, role plays and problem solving situations, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills related to executing transactions, complying with Qatar Central Bank regulations, selling and opening new accounts, servicing and cross-selling or up-selling existing accounts, closing accounts, and effectively serving customers.
