    Course details

    Provide skills session information necessary for the management and procurement projects. Requirements purchases session and agree on the procurement procedures and carrying out of contracts. Includes 
    output by the end of the training session of the trainee is expected to: 

    •  understand the principles of procurement management in projects. 
    •  it knows what tools and techniques relating to the management of procurement projects. 
    • that determines the purchase requirements. 
    •  The fluent in the development of procurement procedures. 
    •  The fluent do workers purchase and conclude contracts. 
    •  manages contracts and do the final operations.

    The expected level of qualification

    Expected to be equivalent to the eighth level

    Evaluation criteria for each training director

    trainee will be assessed during the session based on his performance in the activities carried out by.

    Threads / course content:

    •  Identification of the procurement requirements of the data by stakeholders in the project and incorporated into the planning and procurement contract. 
    •  Identification of the procurement plan. 
    •  collect procurement information to achieve the project objectives. 
    •  obtain approval for the procurement process. 
    •  evaluation Applications and selection criteria, according to financiers and agreed upon in the project laws. 
    •  negotiations with potential financiers. 
    •  Review and evaluate the procurement plan. 
    •  amendments to the procurement plan
