Course details
This is a Intensive workshop designed for those who wish to improve their ability to speak for personal or professional reasons. Participants for this workshop must come prepared to speak for approximately 5 minutes on the topic of their choosing. They will learn specific preparation techniques to counter-act nervous tension, receive input for various types of talks, formal and informal, and will be able to view Video Playback of their prepared presentation and receive supportive guidance from the instructor. This course is suitable for marketing presentations, new chairpersons, wedding speeches, presenting academic papers, and anyone seeking to improve their communication skills.
