The Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification is offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, whose membership represents a truly global community with more than 500,000 professionals, representing 185 countries. The PMP® is the professions most globally recognized and respected credential. The PMP demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to lead and direct projects. This is an intense two day revision/examination preparation course leading to delegates sitting the Project Management Professional exam with the PMI. This course is aimed at those wishing to gain the qualification and trains participants on exam preparation techniques and practice. The programme is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)® 5th Edition and will take the format of 30 minute theory sessions followed by practical exam question technique based on each topic. Participants will become familiar with and practice the type of questions regularly posed in the PMP exam on knowledge areas below (all sessions are complemented with sets of typical questions):
