Course details

The course describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to undertake human resource management (HRM) within projects. It involves planning for human resources, implementing staff training and development, and managing the project team and stakeholders.

Learning outcomes

By the completion of this course, learner should be able to:

  • Understand the principles of Human resources management.
  • Identify the tools and the techniques related to Human resources management.
  • Implement human resource and stakeholder planning activities
  • Implement staff training and development.
