Course Objectives:
Upon the completion of this course the candidates should be able to:
- Understand project management definitions, the project management framework, and the relations of the project to the business environment and to the corporate strategy.
- Understand predictive, iterative, incremental and agile types of project life-cycle.
- Get a comprehensive list of people skills needed by manage project team, engage the stakeholders effectively, and resolve issues and conflict before they become a problems.
- Understand the business environment, governance requirements and the compliance requirements around the projects
- Learn and develop a project charter showing the project objectives and the business case behind it to initiate the project
