Course details
This course is designed to offer further training for both mature students with industry experience and recent graduates of QQI Level 5 courses in Catering, Hospitality, Tourism, or related courses. The course also aims to combine practical Culinary related modules with modules relevant to the Hospitality and Catering sector. The course consists of academic study, practical workshops, field study visits and a range of assignments. Guest speakers from the Catering/Tourism sector may visit the Institute and learners may attend business presentations and seminars.

Places offered following successful interview. Learners must be 18 years old by the 30th November 2015 to facilitate work experience and Garda vetting.
