This module will provide the learner with the skills and knowledge in the principals and ethics underpinnning the role of a professional coach.

It is ideal for managers/supervisors who wish to develop life/workplace competencies with the skills needed to develop individual performance in others.

Leads to FETAC/QQI Level 6 certificate in Practice and Ethics of Workplace Coaching
