This course is designed for those passionate about pursuing a career in the specialty coffee industry or for coffee enthusiasts keen to achieve the best results.This unit aims at empowering first line operatives, where coffee & beverages are served - coffee bars, coffee houses, cafes, hotels and restaurants.
Qualification & Course Outcome
This comprehensive City & Guilds, London accredited training in Barista Skills, covers from the history of the coffee bean to service of quality coffee.
This program gives holistic knowledge from bean to cup, teaches the fundamental skills and techniques required to produce a range of espresso coffees, latte art, variety of tea drinks & cocktails to the highest standards.
