Becoming Agile is a massive technical challenge. Moving towards shorter iterations, welcoming continuous changes across iterations, and producing fully functional and shippable product increment every iteration are typical challenges.
In this 5-day workshop, attendees will learn by practice the full cycle of Agile development from the perspective of the developer.
