This course designed for supervisors, superintendents and managers and others who are seeking to gain valuable techniques to analysis and solve problems thus enabling them to Solve Problem and Make Decision Effectively.
One of key responsibilities of management is the analysis and interpretation of information in order to develop strategies, assess risk and take actions. This process attempts to select one course of action that resolve and address the business issues at hand.
This program is designed specifically to focus on this problem solving process, and at the end of the course participants will have a clear understanding of the problem solving process; they will have developed the skills needed to solve complex problems.
