This course combines the principles of Lean and Six Sigma where students learn about lean enterprise and lean manufacturing with Six Sigma to improve performance and systematically remove waste. You'll learn the basics of using Lean Six Sigma as a structure for your improvement efforts.

Lean is an operations management approach that means creating more value for customers with fewer resources. A lean organization understands customer value and focuses its key processes to continuously increase it.
