هذه الدورة ستعرفك على استخدام برنامج البريمافيرا لإعداد الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والتحكم بها وكذلك مراقبة النمو في المشروع سواء بالتقدم أو بالتأخير. كما يقوم بحساب مدة المشروع بالإضافة الي القدرة على مراجعة أي مشروع سابق ومقارنته بالوضع الحالي، ومعرفة مدى التأخر في مستوى المدة الزمنية, ومن يستخدم هذا البرنامج في حياته العملية هو مهندس التخطيط ومهندس التكلفة ومدير المشروع ومهندس الموقع وحاسب الكميات.1- مقدمة عامة عن الادراة والتخطيط

7- ادخال الانشطة ومددها
8- ادخال العلاقات بين الانشطة
9- طباعة البرنامج الزمني
