This 2 day programme is suitable for managers or executives who are required to give effective presentations as part of their role - e.g Sales Mangers, Finance Managers, and all those with a need to deliver effective presentations.
The focus of this programme is to build confidence in delivering effective presentations and includes:
- Identification of needs and planning
- Delivery skills,
- Overcoming nerves and anxiety,
- Effective use of PowerPoint
- Effective questioning skills
- Evaluation and action planning
It is a highly interactive programme with the Trainer providing a high level of coaching and individual attention. Presentations are recorded and used to coach and support skills development.
The programme is limited to 6 delegates, with intensive coaching and feedback to hone skills for a polished presentation
