This course is to prepare students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

Entry requirements:

• 15 years old & above
• Satisfactory results in Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) or equivalent qualifications

Mode of Assessment

• Internal Assessment:
• English Evaluation Test 
• Weekly Lesson Report to monitor the student’s academic progress
• Progress Tests and Written Year-End Examinations
• Student Report will be issued to parent or guardian regularly.

External Assessment:

Registration for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 

Course Completion 

Students can register for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) jointly managed by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (Cambridge ESOL), British Council and IDP: IELTS Australia.

Requirement for Course Completion

Students must achieve at least 90% attendance and not be absent for more than 7 consecutive days without valid reasons. 

Type of Qualification

A Letter of Completion will be awarded by IDY Academy for students who fulfil the 90% attendance requirement for completion of course.

An IELTS Test Report Form will be awarded by International English Language Testing System (IELTS) upon successful completion of IELTS exam
