Day 2  

Project Time Management

  • Sequence Activities
  • Estimate Activity Durations
  • Develop Schedule
  • Control Schedule

Day 2 Workshop

  • Produce Activity list
  • Prepare Network diagram using PDM
  • Define resource required
  • Estimate activities duration
  • Develop Schedule using C.P.M Technique

Day 3      

Project Cost Management

  • Plan Cost management
  • Estimate Cost
  • Determine Budget
  • Control Costs & Earned Value management

Day 3 Workshop

  • Produce Bar chart schedule
  • Estimate Activities Cost
  • Develop Cost Baseline (S .Curve)

Day 4         

Project Risk Management

  • Plan Risk Management
  • Identify Risks
  • Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis
  • Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis
  • Plan Risk Responses
  • Monitor and Control Risks

Day 4 Workshop

  • Stakeholder analysis and preparing communication plan
  • Prepare Risk Management Plan
  • Identify Risk register
  • Prepare Probability and Impact Matrix
  • Recommend Risk response Plan
