New, recent or intended users of PowerPoint who want to gain a good overview of the product in a short space of time
Existing users of PowerPoint who feel that they are not making best use of its facilities

Existing users of MS Access XP who want to get grips with some of the more advanced features of this package as quickly as possible.

Assumed Knowledge

A working knowledge of PCs and a mouse is assumed. It is also recommended that proposed delegates have attended a Windows 2000 or Windows 2002 course or have obtained comparable knowledge from the workplace.
