Overview:
In Hyoon's training, you will cover Project Management terminology, methods, principles, processes, tools, inputs and outputs. For exam preparation, more than 2,000 concepts are discussed and explained in the 35 hour training (35 PDU’s).
They provide complimentary guidance to register for PMP Exam with PMI. An additional value with their training course is the excellent customer service where they consult their attendees throughout the process of becoming PMP Certified.
Objectives:
The primary objective of the PMP Exam Preparation Training is to help candidates to prepare for the exam and put them on the right track to pass the exam in the first attempt. The course enable candidates to understand the Project Management in the light of PMI® guidelines and not what is understood and implemented locally. This training covers all Five stages of project and Nine knowledge areas as defined in PMBOK® 5th Edition.
