Course details
To be able to create sugar flowers by hand is extremely rewarding and enables you to make wonderful cake decorations which can be adapted to all occasions. Learn to create delicate and exceptionally lifelike sugar flowers, under the close supervision and instruction of our experienced and dedicated PME certified teachers. You'll learn to mold, dust, wire, paint and finish a large assortment of flowers, filler flowers, buds and leaves. Once you have mastered these techniques and the usage of the specialised tools, there is no limit to what flower you can create.
Your course fees include PME Diploma Course Sugar Flower Module Course Kit ((comprising of PME tools to be used in class), PME Diploma Course Sugar Flower Course Book, relevant icings, cake dummies, cake box and boards. These will be given to you on your 1st lesson. These items will cover most of the items required for your course.
Please note that there is no baking in this class. This is a strictly cake decorating class.
The PME Professional Diploma Course is “A Professional Course for Professional People”. If you have ever wanted to raise your skills to the level where you can make a business out of it, this course is for you!

The PME Professional Diploma Course is divided into three main modules – Sugarpaste, Sugar Flowers and Royal Icing & Piping Modules. Each module is a complete separate course. The modules do not have to be taken in any particular order and it is not essential to complete all Three modules. Each module will cover techniques and styling for its subject matter.
