Imagine sculpting a cake into a creative, innovative and spectacular metaphor for success, teamwork or any initiative important to your company.
Teams will be given sheet cakes , and equipped with an assortment of icings, tools, edible decorations, cake boards, plastic sticks, hot glue gun and more. Representatives of the teams will then take part in a lucky dip, where they will pick different themes, color schemes or even win additional tools, for their team. Teams must incorporate these additional design aspects into their final creation, keeping the central theme within focus.
Teams will have limited time to discuss their concept and then create a 3-dimensional work of art to illustrate the session's theme, making sure that all additional design aspects picked in the lucky dip are incorporated into the final design.
At the end of the alloted time, each team gets to tell the story of their creation, explaining the metaphor and how their design represents teamwork or the theme of the event. The team whose 3-dimentional design and presentation best illustrates the theme, wins.
This enriching and entertaining activity demonstrates how creativity, collaboration, productivity and efficiency are key ingredients for a strong and sucessful team.

we_they started by selling beautiful ready to use edible decorations to hotels and bakeries. However, so many hobbyists requested for these products that the we_they retail store in Singapore was established in 2005. Originally a small store specialising in cake decorating equipment, operating within a 1000 square foot ground floor of a shophouse, it soon expanded to occupy the second and third floors of the shophouse, It also started conducting intimate, personalized classes for regular customers. Within 5 years, we_they Course Centre has become Singapore’s foremost Wilton and PME authorized centre, conducting the world famous Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Courses and the PME Professional Diploma Course, as well as more than 40 popular decorating and baking courses. B-I-Y’s students and customers also started to extend to tourists from neighboring countries
