This course provides an introduction to the PHP web programming language. This course is aimed at students who have no previous programming experience and want to further their knowledge of web development with PHP.

This course aims at providing the learner with the knowledge to:

- Understand the processes behind server side development
- Modify existing libraries and applications that use PHP, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal
