By the end of this course the participants should be able to: describe performance–based management concepts, define organization strategic performance objectives, apply the tools and techniques of performance measurement, accountability for performance, collect data to assess performance, analyzing, reviewing, and reporting, as well as participate in establishing and maintaining performance- based management system.
