This Pearson LCCI Certificate in Selling and Sales Management enables participants to understand the selling techniques of management and sales process. This Pearson LCCI Certificate in Selling and Sales Management will be conducted in the format of a series of interactive class sessions over 3 months (36 hours per month) on a part-time basis. This Pearson LCCI certificate in Selling and Sales Management would cover specialized areas, such as: basic business administration as follows:
- Introduction to Selling and Sales Management
- The selling function and distribution channels and establish a sale plan
- Recruitment and training development
- Sales forecasting, budgeting and evaluation
