Course details
The aim of the programme is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and competence to work under supervision providing assistance and support within a retail setting, or alternatively, to progress to further training or education. The programme also aims to support learners in achieving Fetac Level 4 certification in General Learning 4M2010. Using a 40/60 Train and Place model of delivery, learners will attend in-centre theoretical and practical skills training and will complete a work experience placement provided by a host company in a retail environment. .
