Overview
The Podiatry will introduce you to the basics of Podiatry and the medical procedures needed to perform it as a practice. The role of a Podiatrist is a fast-growing profession in the pharmaceutical sector, and treatments of the foot, ankle, and lower leg disorders are increasingly in demand.
This program covers all the medical knowledge and practical history that you’ll need to work as a professional Podiatrist. Typically, this means a thorough understanding of ailments and the physiology of the feet and lower limbs. But you will also need to be trained in the diagnosis of skin infections, muscle problems, toenail problems, and conditions like diabetes.
Entry Requirement
- This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.
- Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the qualification.
- Good understanding of the English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.
Upon completion of the course, you will be required to sit for an online multiple-choice quiz-based assessment, which will determine whether you have passed the course (60% pass mark). The test will be marked immediately and results will be published instantly.
Certification
After successfully completing the course, you will be able to obtain the certificates. You can claim a PDF certificate by paying a little processing fee of £2. There is an additional fee to obtain a hardcopy certificate which is £9.
