The MBA in General Management program helps to develop the core skills and professional competencies to take on senior management or leadership roles in the public or private sector. It is a 60 ECTS program designed in partnership with Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU), the first Telematic University to be accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy. It is specifically aimed at working professionals who wish to take on leadership roles in their organisation. The main advantage of this course is that it is a fast track MBA program which can be completed in as little as 9 months.
The program is delivered through Athena Global Education's online platform which provides learners with the flexibility to decide their learning schedule based on work and family commitments. Personal tutor support is provided. Additional certifications are Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK and Certified Manager from Chartered Management Institute, UK (Optional).
The MBA in General Management is a 6 module course consisting of the following:

• Sustainability and Business- The module will critically review sustainability challenges and opportunities for organizations in a global context.
• Human Resource Management-This module discusses the importance of HRM practices, the concept of organizational behavior, and its impact on the global organization.
• International Marketing Management-This module develops knowledge and understanding of contemporary theories and their applications in international marketing and management.
• Strategic Management and Leadership- The module hones skills for strategic thinking and analysis, leadership, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional integration.
• Finance for Business-The module builds understanding of the aspects of financial statement evaluations, considering the impact of economic factors on the businesses.
• Strategic Supply Chain and Logistics Management-This module supports strategic decision-makers as well as operational managers to manage successful logistics across their business.

Finally, there is Research Methods and Dissertation which is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their ability to investigate issues of their own choice over a significant period of time.
The MBA in General Management program will also help sharpen the learner's leadership acumen and give him the practical skills and appropriate mind-set to develop in a constantly changing global landscape. The curriculum goes beyond the basics of management to prepare him for senior management positions, enabling him to effectively lead an organization with integrity and responsibility.
