The Master of Business Administration- Blockchain Management program provides a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and application of Blockchain to current business operations thus opening new pathways within organizations. It is a 60 ECTS program from Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU), Italy and it can be completed in 9-24 months. Additional certifications are Postgraduate Diploma in Blockchain Management from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK, and Certified Manager (optional) from Chartered Management Institute, UK.
This course is delivered completely online by Athena Global Education, through a combination of pre-recorded lectures followed by extensive learning materials along with dedicated Personal Tutor support. GMU, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy, is a member of the Bologna Process in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and is also a NARIC approved university.
The program comprises the following modules:

• Sustainability and Business- The module critically reviews sustainability challenges and opportunities for organizations in a global context.
• Strategic Leadership and HR Practices in Organizations-The learner comes to know about the role of strategic HRM, leadership practices, and their influence on the overall performance of the organization.
• International Marketing Management-The module develops knowledge and understanding of contemporary theories and their applications in international marketing and management.
• The operations and Project Management-The module introduces the learner to a broad range of operations and project management problems, tools, and knowledge.
• Blockchain fundamentals-The module explains the fundamental concepts of Blockchain such as its characteristics and core attributes.
• Application of Blockchain-The module imparts a high-level understanding of what Blockchain Technology is and how it is implemented in different cases.

Finally, the Capstone Project will equip learners to create a usable project through which they can integrate, synthesize, and demonstrate all their knowledge in a multi-faceted way to potential employers. Projects will be drawn from real-world situations.
