The Master in Construction Management fosters theoretical knowledge and practical skills to manage the social, technological, financial and environmental challenges facing the construction industry today. It is a 60 ECTS program from Guglielmo Marconi University (GMU), Italy, spanning 9-24 months. Learners will also be eligible for Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK and Certified Manager from Chartered Management Institute, UK (optional) upon completion of this course.
 This course is delivered completely online by Athena Global Education, through a combination of pre-recorded lectures followed by extensive learning materials along with dedicated Personal Tutor support. GMU, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Italy, is a member of the Bologna Process in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and is also a NARIC approved university.
The program consists of 6 modules and 1 Capstone Project given below:

• Human Resource Management and Leadership-- It is designed to develop an understanding about the contemporary practices of human resource management.
• Finance for Managers- It covers various concepts and techniques which would help the learner in making financial and investing decisions.
• Strategic Project Management and Implementation-It provides a clear understanding about the various phases of project management, strategies and emerging trends in project management.
• Sustainability & Business-It critically reviews sustainability challenges and opportunities for organizations in a global context.
• Building Services Engineering Management-It helps to understand and optimize the various elements and processes in managing a building.
• Environment, Health and Safety Management-It deals with Safety, Health and Environment management tools and techniques, different standards, and legislation.

Finally, Research and Dissertation give the learners an opportunity to demonstrate their ability to investigate issues of their own choice over a significant period of time.
The Master in Construction Management prepares learners for careers in construction, engineering, industrial management, and project management.
