About the Course: Basic course Healthcare Clinic Assistant is a non-medical category position but deals with administration of the healthcare facility. Since this is the first contact of the Patient with the Healthcare Facility, a pleasing, knowledgeable and efficient Healthcare Assistant can make an impression of the Healthcare facility. Therefore it is important to have the Healthcare Clinic Assistant to the well informed and well equipped of the domain knowledge where he or she is going to work. Currently Healthcare / Clinic Assistants are employed with no prior knowledge or the certification and mostly getting employed by reference on very low remuneration. If this position is provided with a professional qualification, over 2 million aspirants will benefit by getting a right job, employer benefits because of readily trained manpower and patients immensely benefit because they get the right kind of service and their satisfaction index for this ser9vice, goes up.
