EQ is a strong predictor of life success, happiness, career advancement, exceptional achievements, low stress levels, healthy relationships, and problems solving skills.EI CAN BE DEVELOPED, the more we develop our EI, the more our live changes remarkably. However, the process of change needs smart understanding of the steps and techniques to successfully and smoothly make the change.
Methodology:
Psychodrama
Psychodrama is a method of group development and change, in which peopleenactproblems and relevant eventsto gain a sense of control. It is based on:
- Developing awareness through exaggerating behaviors, emotions and loud self-talk
- Satisfying needs by intensively doing certain behaviors or reactions
- Spontaneity in talking and expressing
Witnessing and participating in each other’s personal stories can generate feelings of deep understanding and trust amongst group members. Plays are used to participants in the actual experience which helps in drawing conclusions.
As participants move from 'talking about' into action, opportunities arise to heal the past, clarify the present and imagine the future. Psychodrama can offer a wider perspective on individual and social problems and an opportunity to try out new behaviors.
Practical Applications on Real-World Scenarios:
The project aims to apply the program’s topics on real cases; which will help participantslater to tailor the concepts to what fits their practical needs, and to draw practical insights. To guarantee the maximum benefit of the experience, we help participantsstep by step by providing group and one-on-one coaching.
