My name is Helen Adeosun and I am the Founder of SitterCycle. SitterCycle aims to be the standard in providing care education for nannies and child caregivers.

SitterCycle provides nannies and caregivers certifications in a range of skills to provide care in everything from teaching early literacy, nutrition, and infant care.

Why should you take this course?
As a nanny and educator, I knew how frustrating it was to walk into a home or my classroom and learn through "trial by fire" how to work and engage children. Also, no one ever tells you that being a nanny is also understanding what the needs of parents are, or that being a professional nanny is much different than the Saturday night babysitting gigs you did in high school.

In the class you will get a PDF manual of the entire course so you can print off what you need and go! Each section also includes a sample version that you can download and make your own. In our resume section you receive:

• a cover letter sample
• and interview questions that you can ask parents

That's just in one section! You'll find tools to download in each section, add them to your nanny portfolio and you'll be sure to be prepared and to impress!

How long will it take to complete the course?
The course is completely self contained so you can go at your own pace. Most beginning nannies finish our class within 2-4 weeks. Each week we have live sessions that are coaching sessions where we will go over questions and issues that you are dealing with I'll personally reach out to you too to see how things are going. We will coach you to success!

How is the course structured?

The course and certification is based mostly on lecture slides, videos, quizzes, and our weekly checkins where we strongly encourage you to attend one in order to complete the certification.

Anyone can call themselves a professional nanny, but in order to BE a professional nanny it takes study and knowledge about children, families, and knowing your own expectations of your own nanny career.
