This workshop equips one with the necessary skills and knowledge needed in face of persity. These include acknowledging the importance of inclusiveness, demonstrating the use of emotional intelligence and resilience when dealing with persity. Learners will be able to monitor one’s action while implementing the above.

- Recognise the importance of inclusiveness in a perse service environment.
- Apply of emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and customers;
- Demonstrate resilience when faced with challenges in a perse environment;
- Monitoring own actions when handling with persity.

This course is suitable for, Customer facing staff, Customer Service Representative and Call Centre Officers, Store Advisors, Service Crew etc.
Assessment and Certificate
Upon successful completion, participant will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment.
