The SCRUM Master Certified (SMC™) is a higher-level Scrum certification that is ideal for people who have gained Scrum Developer certification. Scrum masters are responsible for coordinating the functions of the Scrum team. Specifically, they manage the project to make sure that the team members operate in a suitable work environment in which they can effectively and proficiently complete Scrum projects.Course attendees will develop a practical knowledge and understanding of Scrum implementations. At the end of the course, they will complete an exam to demonstrate their proficiency using Scrum approaches within a given case study. Updated on 24 February, 2019
