PRINCE2® is a project management methodology which provides guidance on high-level management, control and organization of a project, but excludes lower-level activities such as scheduling. This certification is used widely in the UK and recognized ;This course ensures participants understand the four integrated elements of PRINCE2® methodology: seven principles, seven themes, seven processes and tailored to a project environment. It helps participants to prepare for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination.
