Sound Healing Practitioner Workshop Essentia Wellbeing Center
Practitioner Certification is a certified course in Sound Healing using Himalayan Singing Bowl. This is first of the total three courses leading to Sound Master Practitioner (Naad Yoga 2) and eventually Sound Advanced Practitioner (Naad Yoga 3) certification.
In Practitioner workshop, you learn about sound, its healing properties and understand why do we use sound healing. This hands-on workshop teaches you about Himalayan Singing Bowls, its healing benefits, how to use these bowls and what is involved in the selection of these bowls.
You also learn various techniques to use the bowls for healing, starting with relaxation (using entrainment), meditation and for healing few specific ailments ( back pain). You also learn how to measure the energy parameters (before and after the therapy) and experience deep relaxation. In this workshop, you use up to 4-5 bowls and learn how to use them in various positions based on the client needs.
