The workshop will explore a somatic approach to learning the dynamics of your own body. Participants will also be introduced to the the vocabulary of movement devised by Rudolf Laban including principles of Space, Harmony and Efforts.The aim is to develop enhanced expressivity and specificity in the acting body through the exploration of movement observation, analysis and embodiment…and to play!
