Course details
This course is a one-year intensive programme in Office Technology. It is designed for mature students and for those who may have left the world of work and who now wish to return. Students will cover computer applications most commonly used in the workplace today. Classes are held mornings only from 9.30 am – 1.00 pm. The aim of this course is to provide students with skills, training and confidence that will enable them to pursue a career in the modern office environment. Successful students will be awarded with a FETAC / QQI Level 5 Certificate in Office Administration. Successful graduates of this course may progress to a FETAC / QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Business here at Castlebar College of Further Education.
