Course details

This QQI Level 6 course is designed to develop the existing skills of learners who have completed a Level 5 course. It is also suitable for mature students wishing to further develop their education and skills with a view to re-entering the work force or changing career direction. You will gain advanced knowledge and skills in the general area of office management. The course includes training i up-to-date Microsoft Office applications and the study of core subjects which are essential to the understanding of business and office environments. In completing this course, you will feel additionally confident about working in any office environment and will have developed strong individual and team skills necessary for future office management duties.
