    Practitioners who acquire this qualification will attain recognition in ODETD practice at level 5 across all the roles in a generalist capacity, with particular application possible in at least one role. The qualification is a formative rather than a specialist qualification. Qualifying learners will make significant contribution to structured and targeted skills development at the level of learning programmes within enterprises and other learning environments.

    This programme is aimed at Trainers, Facilitators, Learnership Coordinators, Managers, Coaches and anyone who needs to know and understand the dynamics of skills development.

    This course is a highly practical learning programme which will equip learners with the required insight and skills to successfully implement all facets required of an Education, training and development practitioners.     HOW WILL ASSESSMENTS BE CONDUCTED?

    Learners will complete a portfolio of evidence to assist them to both harness the learning and transfer the skills to the workplace:

    • Knowledge Questions,
    • Presentations
    • Experiential naturally occurring evidence
    • Product evaluation
