The IPC's Leadership and Management for Early Childhood Settings training prepares you to qualify for a leadership role in an Early Years setting and takes 9 months to complete. IPC's Leadership training program gives you wider career options to work in nurseries, kindergartens and ELCs with British, American and other International curricula. The program is designed to enhance and increase the knowledge, skills and experiences critical to managing, growing and leading a successful Early Childhood Center. The leadership role is multi-faceted and requires the individual to master a skill set, to nurture and foster early child care and development in a healthy, safe and quality environment.This program takes into account the most recent developments in Early Childhood Education and looks at trends that will shape the future of preschool leadership and management.

Emphasis is placed on putting learning to action and maintaining written records, as participants progress through their learning.
The course is supported with workshops and an interactive portal, which will provide participants with information relevant to their study and will also require students to maintain a log of their progress.
