New and enhanced collaboration features of Office 2010, allowing users to work together to create content, regardless of location. Improvements to many of the Office products enable users to work efficiently, using a combination of their local computer, scanner, fabric © mobile phone or other Internet-enabled device and a fabric © phone with Microsoft Office Communications Integrated Server. Users can collaborate in real time and authors can easily identify content changes made by other contributors. This course explores the new features of Outlook 2010, including changes to the interface, the panel presentation of individuals and panel programming and also © n enhancements to Unified Messaging. The new features and enhancements of OneNote 2010, including related notes, increased integration with other Office products and language features. New features and enhancements to SharePoint Workspace 2010, formerly known as Groove also © n are reviewed. In addition, this course analyzes the new collaboration features of Office 2010, including co-authoring, real-time communications and unified messaging.
