To develop insights into negotiations dynamics at the pre through and post negotiations phases in order to enhance the quality of negotiations processes, relationships and outcomes.


  • The Clinic will be on the negotiations capability development of the participants through a series of simulations related to a range of simple to more complex situations. Self assessment diagnostics, video feedback, and interactive sharing of negotiations experiences will also serve in enhancing learning. An attempt will be made to bring the best of theory as well as negotiations practice into the explorations into negotiations processes.
