Negotiation tactics can maximize the value created and the efficiency of deal making. By improving self awareness and existing negotiation styles, the quality of a future negotiation can be altered.

The conceptual framework and vocabulary introduced in this program will provide a common language for negotiation preparation and conduct.

Main objectives:

  • Acquiring a practical method for improved communications,
  • Developing an ability to identify barriers to agreement and establishment of trust,
  • Being aware of the complexity which prevails in multiple stakeholder negotiations and developing strategies to overcome them.
