This course is suitable for those who need to negotiate on an informal and formal basis in their work. This programme will be of benefit to those who may be struggling with this dimension of their role which may be impinging on professional effectiveness.
This course also serves as an ideal refresher course for those who have some experience in negotiation and also as an excellent introduction course. The aim is to improve the delegates ability to recognize and respond to negotiation opportunities. Using the RADPAC Model of Negotiation (Rapport, Analysis, Debate, Agreement, Purpose, Close), participants will learn and practice a complete negotiation life cycle.
