This short programme provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills to use the Microsoft Project software package. You will learn how to use the tools of MS Project to be more productive and efficient in successfully completing projects.
Using your existing project management knowledge and skills, MS Project will increase your effectiveness in the field of project management.

- Participate in the estimation and preparation of a cost budget for a project or sub-project and
- monitor and control actual cost against budget
