Course details
This competency unit specifies the knowledge and application skills required in monitoring visual merchandising presentation.
It consists of the following elements:
- Interpret organisation's visual merchandising plans and standards
- Communicate visual merchandising plans and standards to staff
- Monitor compliance of visual merchandising presentations according to organisational requirements
- Provide feedback on merchandising presentations
- This unit is within the competency category of Store Operations and is one of the elective modules leading to the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision.
Entry Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy, and
- Working experience of two years and above at Supervisory position
