Mindfulness practice has shown itself to be effective in a number of areas, for example: Concentration, Motivation, Productivity, Stress, Anxiety, Personal Well-Being etc.
This programme introduces the central principals and practices of this approach and aims to increase your awareness, knowing that the more tuned in you are to yourself and the world, the wiser your choices, decisions and actions will be.
